Referral Reward Program

Overview:

 
Wild Dunes Resort has developed a referral reward program for Realtors and Property Managers who refer clients to the Resort for Club Membership and/or SportsCard purchases. The program provides financial incentive for referring a candidate to the Resort who ultimately purchases a Club Membership and/or SportsCard.

Making the Referral:

 
All Realtors and Property Managers may refer an applicant for purchase:
1. The referred applicant must apply directly with the Club Office and list their Realtor or Property Manager as "referred by" on the application, or
2. The Realtor or Property Manager may complete the referral form located on the public page of the Club website, http://members.wilddunes.com, for a representative of the Resort to reach out to their client directly.

Rewards Schedule:

  
Referral incentive rewards are paid within 30 days of the referred client's purchase. 

SportsCard $25

Swim-Social Club Membership $100

Tennis/Swim-Social Membership $150

Golf/Swim-Social Membership $250

Golf/Tennis/Swim- Social Membership $300

Payment will be made in the form of Visa or AMEX gift cards and mailed to the Broker In-Charge to share with his or her Realtor or Property Manager.

Eligibility Rules:

 
1. All referrals forms must be received and processed in advance of the purchase of the Club Membership or SportsCard.
2. This program applies to new Club Membership and new or renewed SportsCard purchases only, purchased on or after June 1, 2015.
3. Referral must have been made and processed before the purchase of the Club Membership or SportsCard was completed.
